Not just pretty pictures. Proof.
There are days I scroll through old images and pause. Not because they're perfect, but because they're real. A blurry photo of a toddler meltdown in the kithcen. My husband holding one of our boys with that "we're both barely holding it together" look. Me, hair undone, my bathrobe on, smiling at someone behind the camera.
They're not frame-worthy in the traditional sense. But they are sacred. Because they remind me of me: I was there. We were here. We lived this.
Photography isn't about performance. It's about presence.
We spend so much of life rushing through. Waiting until we lose the weight. Waiting until the house is cleaner. Waiting until life is calmer. But time doesn't wait. And someday, your children, your partner, your future self will crave these moments. Not because they're styled, but because they're honest. Photos are proof you laughed. Proof you made it through the hard days. Proof you held them tight. Proof you existed.
As a mom of three autistic boys, I've learned that the most meaningul moments rarely happen when everythung goes as planned.
They happen in between meltdowns. In the quiet seconds between chaos. In the little things you think no one notices. That's what I chase with my camera. Not just the 'smile here, look here" kind of shots... But the unguarded moments; the ones that make you feel something years from now.
Let them see you.
Let them see you holding them. Let them see your hands cooking dinner. Let them see the way you looked at your partner. Let them see your strength, your softness, your scars. Even when you feel invisible. Especially then. You deserve to be documented; not when things are perfect. But now. As you are.

Let's document your story

Whether it’s a full family session, a quiet in-home moment, or a portrait just for you. Let’s make something you’ll treasure for decades to come. Let’s create proof you were here.
